Shipping policy

Orders will ship immediately if the item does not require customization.  Embroidery will take a few days to complete based on quantity and complexity.

Most shipments to be shipped through FedEx.  Tracking information will be sent to you when the order ships.

If you require a special type of shipment, such as Saturday delivery, contact jason@shokunincollective.com so we can provide an accurate quote.
